Logistics, stock‑holding, and distribution are some of the largest cost drivers in high‑end audio — especially for heavy, bulky products like amplifiers and loudspeakers. These costs add no musical value for the listener; they simply create inefficiency and inflate the price of enjoying truly great sound.

How It Works

We offer two delivery pathways: Airfreight Drop Shipment and Quarterly Sea Freight.

1. Airfreight Drop Shipment

Once your unit is ready, it will be dispatched via a reputable international courier and delivered directly to your address by airfreight. You will receive an international tracking number for full visibility.

Lead Time: Approximately 7–10 days once the shipment is booked.

2. Quarterly Sea Freight

International leg: Your product travels via consolidated sea freight, significantly reducing logistics costs.

Domestic leg: After landing and clearing customs, your unit is transferred to a domestic logistics provider for final delivery. A domestic tracking number will be provided.

Lead Time: Delivery follows a quarterly cycle, with orders fulfilled during the second month of the subsequent quarter.

• Orders placed early in a quarter: ~20 weeks

• Orders placed late in a quarter: ~8 weeks

• Across the year there will be four sea freight shipments: February, May, August and November

• Example: Orders placed in February (Q1) will be delivered in May (2nd month of Q2).

• Delivery schedule depends on Product Availability (which is related to the specific Production Lead Time) at the time of shipment booking.

• In-stock items will be assigned to the next available shipment

• Sea freight schedules are subject to external supply chain factors beyond our control, which may result in occasional transit time variations.

How to Participate

• We recommend enquiring about the Product Availability for your specific products to ensure it aligns with our shipping schedule.

• Select the Quarterly Sea Freight option before completing your purchase.

• Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• If you didn’t enquire us before purchasing, we will inform you of the Product Availability after an order is placed.

• Orders cannot be changed once the consolidated shipment has been booked.

• You will receive regular updates on your shipment’s progress.
