Warranty & Return
We strongly recommend that Product Registration should be completed within one (1) months of purchase. The benefit of timely Product Registration is that at the time of purchase you will have all the relevant information to hand (such as the invoice/receipt, and place/date of purchase) which will be needed before you can make a warranty claim.
Brands Represented by Angelic Sound (e.g. Cen.Grand, Line Magnetic)
Angelic Sound manages the warranty process (assessment, repair, or replacement) directly for these brands. A full warranty is provided for new products purchased directly from us and used in the original supply country (Australia).
Warranty Period: One (1) year from the original purchase date (6 months for vacuum tubes).
Major Failures: You may be entitled to a replacement or refund, and we cover the associated shipping costs.
Minor Failures: Goods can be repaired if they are not of acceptable quality.
Repair Process: Contact your retailer or Angelic Sound to arrange service; approved repairs are free within the Warranty Period, but the owner is responsible for transportation and insurance costs for return.
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with detailed fault descriptions, or fees may apply.
Bulky Items: For heavy items like vacuum tube amplifiers, an authorized local repair service may be used.
Brands Supplied via Third-Party Distributors
Warranty terms, duration, and process are determined by the third-party distributor or manufacturer. Angelic Sound will help facilitate the process.
Exclusions
“Change of Mind” Returns: Not accepted due to the specialist nature of our products.
Warranty coverage applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This warranty does not extend to accessories or defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes attributable by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software, or any alterations made to the product which is not authorised by the manufacturer.
Tube rolling (use of alternative tubes) voids warranty for Line Magnetic products.
Ex-demo/open box items are supplied with the balance of the original manufacturer warranty, commencing at the time of first purchase or use by Angelic Sound.
